My History

  • 1985 - I discovered the "poor post trade show lead follow" up problem in companies.
  • 1986 - I created a (homegrown process) solution to the problem and founded a service company to offer the solution to carefully selected companies.
  • My service company generated more than $10,000,000.00 in sales.
  • 2009 - I sold my company to one of its customers.
  • 2014 - I began teaching my (homegrown process) solution to individual trade show exhibitors in seminars and webinars hosted by trade show organizers.
  • 2023 - IAEE selected my training for their CEM curriculum.
