My HELL-My Responsibility..!

We’ll start with a quick EXERCISE– I want you to think of

3 things that made you feel pissed

3 things that you made you feel angry

3 things that made you feel happy ,today

Now for each , ask yourself , where did you feel the frustration ,anger or happiness?

Where..? What’s that supposed to mean..What I mean is ,was the frustration felt onto the person/reason that caused it , or was it inside of you? Was the anger outside you ,or inside..? And happiness..ahh that am sure of you’ll know was inside of you ..!

It’s no rocket science , Anger ,agony ,pain ,misery, or joy ,happiness ,love …everything you feel ,is inside of yourself . But what you assume is that Poison of anger you drink but the other person must die! Unfortunately ,life doesn’t work that ways.If you drink the poison ,you die ,my love!

When you’re fuming and have reacted out of anger , the damage done inside your body is irreversible, killing your cells and causing harmful stress on your organs , sympathetic state .


How about you take ownership , that if something is not working out or the way you want it to,, it is completely your responsibility! How do you respond to anything is your responsibility aka ability to respond . Be it to come up with a solution ,and if you cant, to accept it. Acceptance doesn’t resonate with defeat, acceptance is simply not trying to drag ego into denying or trying to change it. It’s futile.

When you blame whatever, you feel- you no longer are accountable for it and thu nothing ever changes..!But the moment you say, ‘Yes It is my fault ‘ ,what can I do about it , now we are talking Solution.

A very ubiquitous example , I was talking to a friend when she said,that because of phone , she was unable to study,it kept disturbing her. Then I said it is not the phone ,you should decide when to check your notifications and when not to. Then she said that Social media is the reason why everyone is so upset, I said ” no.! you’re disciplined enough ,that’s the problem,not anything else ” . If you decide that you won’t scroll through your phone , you’;; switch it off before you sleep or study, then there’s a Solution. But ,alas! most of us blame the social media or phones ,or people’s behavior and what not! And the can keep going off about the excuse.

But the thing I want you my people to realise is , is that leading anywhere?OR are you training your mind for more BS each time, because whatever you make it believe it will so!

WHAT TO DO-:I want you to start small, baby steps .Just observe, next time you’re getting mad at your mom for you can’t find ginger  (oops ,that’s me) well for anything that sets your trigger on, just look at where is the anger manufacturing , and where it is sold out to . If by chance you realise that it is happening within you , I suggest you take a pause ,I call it STOP and THINK , ST , ask yourself , ‘Hey Smarty, if you’re for real this smart why are you harboring damage to self ..?

Once you see that you’re responsible for the damage to self ,probably you’ll cut yourself some slack!

Now you must be wondering ,if you’re employee messsed up ,someone didn’t show up in time ,something spilled on you, your boss strolled away for smoke while urging that you finish the task….,,,there could be any number of situations ,I’m sure each one of us can think of a unique one..then HOW am i supposed to not be angry or pissed or furious..?

I hear you ,yet again ….Who is drinking the poison presuming the other one will be harmed?

You can train yourself with practice , consciousness, yoga and meditation, to develop a distance from this Reactive-Self , ST ,and then do as your wisdom guides ,just be conscious each moment and tell yourself ” I harmed myself and when things go wrong , I shouldn’t ask God or universe ,WHY ME?”

That’s all!

With Anger ,you go crazy, you touch the INSANITY line and come back ,you keep doing the same for a while ,one day there’ll b no comeback. Even Research suggests that the angrier you get ,angrier you feel each time .

I care for you and your well being .

Look back last year on the same date as today ,9 Dec 2018, what were you mad at ? Who did you shout at ? No you don’t know because these are such petty things which hold no relevance ,yet the slow damage they are doing to you and your precious body ,will lead to a lot of ailments as you get older (and your physical capabilities depreciate) .

You have to become responsible towards your own self ,else when the 2nd half of game begins ,you may not be able to bounce back .
