My Gratitude This Thanksgiving

My Gratitude This Thanksgiving

As Maya Angelou beautifully said, “Let gratitude be the pillow upon which you kneel to say your nightly prayer. And let faith be the bridge you build to overcome evil and welcome good.” This Thanksgiving, I want to pause and express my deepest appreciation for all those who have touched my life this year.

First, our clients. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Your trust in our strategic counsel and openness to our disruptive idea of TechManity?—the blend of technology AND humanity—have propelled us to new heights. Together, we’ve achieved the honor of being the #1 Strategic Insights Company for the third straight year and remained among the top 25 most innovative insights agencies worldwide for the seventh consecutive year. THANK YOU!

Our industry partners. Your dedication to providing the right platforms, resources, capabilities, and respondents has enabled us to deliver impactful work in a seamless, agile, and responsive manner. Your partnership is invaluable. THANK YOU!

Our people. Your unwavering commitment to excellence and your passion for making a difference in our communities inspire me every day. Being recognized as one of the most philanthropic companies in our industry reflects the compassionate heart of our organization. This collective spirit makes me proud to be part of such an extraordinary team. THANK YOU!

Most importantly, our families. We so appreciate your understanding when we work late nights and take calls on weekends, putting our work ahead of our personal commitments, your patience and acceptance makes it easy. THANK YOU!

This year, I also want to share a special note of gratitude to my colleagues, clients, friends, and family for your prayers, kind words, and unwavering support during my wife Lubaina's battle with multiple myeloma. Your compassion and encouragement have given us immense strength during this challenging journey. Your care has touched our hearts deeply and reminded us of the incredible power of community. THANK YOU!

I want to close my note with a reflection by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a neo-orthodox theologian. He said, "In ordinary life, we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give, and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich."

Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for being a part of my life, and I wish you a joyful, safe, and meaningful Thanksgiving.
