My Gratitude List
This week, everyone consciously expresses their thanks and gratitude as we sit around tables, gathering with friends and family. I’m sure your inbox is full of the thanks from vendors and other email lists you subscribe to.
I love the feeling of receiving thoughts of gratitude and thankfulness from those I’m connected with. This gesture, this beautiful form of expression floods me with a warm joy regardless of whether I’m giving or receiving. I practice gratitude every day. I started a few years ago, only because my business coach said she was doing it and was using a cool app to record her thoughts. We were working on mindset that month and well, I figured it couldn’t hurt. It’s been surprising how effective seeking the positive can shift even the crappiest day.
Today of all days is when sharing what I’m most grateful and thankful for has the most meaning. Today is the day I celebrate you, my community, my friends and my clients. I celebrate that I have the opportunity to be in your life and touch you in a positive way.
Without you, my words fall into unheard silence and have no meaning.
Without you my purpose lies unfilled.
Without you, I wouldn’t have experienced the growth in my business that I have. My community has expanded into a national reach. I am grateful for your post likes and shares, for you reading my emails, forwarding them to friends, introducing me to TV, radio, and podcast opportunities. Thank you for inviting me to speak to your networking groups, offices and associations.
I am truly blessed to see my clients grow and attain not only healthier bodies, but transformed lives. I am honored to be a part of their journey in transforming their lives, both personally and in business.
You are most dear to me and I value that you are part of my life. Thank you.
Spend a few minutes this week in a state of gratitude. Write it down, meditate on it, whatever works best. Savor the feeling, soak it up and notice the positive effect it has on the rest of your day. Have a beautiful and peaceful Thanksgiving.
