My Good News

Less than 18 months ago, I'd have been cringing with embarrassment to share posts like this. But it's amazing what therapy, coaching and ADHD treatment can do for your mental health. Who'd have thought?!?!
The podcast is launching on Friday and on my first episode I talk with the amazing Victoria, better known as Actually Aspling on Instagram.
We discuss her journey to her Autism & ADHD diagnoses, how she manages academic life, social interactions & her marriage, and what diagnosis means to her.
It was such an eye-opening conversation. I might have ADHD, but I don't know much about autism, so you'll hear me asking lots of awkwardly phrased questions about what it's like inside Victoria's brain.
In the coming weeks, I'll be talking to a wide variety of people at different stages of their diagnosis journey. I'll also be interviewing psychologists, personal trainers, partners and parents, who all support people living with ADHD.
If you want to read more about ADHD and Neurodiversity, I'd love it if you checked out my blog. Although I feel very, very vulnerable posting these kind of things, I'm doing so in the hope that others can gain some of the clarity and understanding I have started to find.
