?? MY FORECASTING PRINCIPLES: #31 of 60 in "THINK FUTURE"?(Post 4 of 6 in a series)

??? As I mentioned yesterday, if you have been fortunate enough to read my latest book "THINK FUTURE," you will recall that I present 60 Forecasting Principles, all with color graphics, as the main content of that book.

??? Frankly speaking -- I tend to be "frank" by name and nature :-) -- if you have not read "THINK FUTURE" then you truly don't know what you're missing. In fact, I suggest that you do not adequately understand #future #trends!

??? To give you a flavor of it, I am Posting 6 of the 60 Forecasting Principles here, on consecutive days.

??? The 4th example (No.31 in the series) is an over-riding principle of all future #Economic #Trends. It simply but profoundly says:

“All the Wealth Ever Created Comes from Ideas."

?? EXPLANATION

??? This is simple economic facts. Just as humans invent and reinvent things in order to make their life easier and more productive (as I said yesterday), in turn that productivity grows the economy, or average GDP per person.

??? So all new wealth is manifest in technological innovation. And to be put to use, a new technology must be both technologically and economically viable – as well as socially and politically acceptable. (Note: This equation does *not* apply to negative inventions, such as weapons of any description -- from nuclear bombs to hand guns and swords -- which are destructive of wealth).

??? Thus business must draw on productive innovative technology if it is to be economically viable and competitive. Again, there is always a new and better way of doing things. Always!

??? Please think about it and the implications. It is another over-riding Principle of #Life and #Business.

?? DO YOURSELF a BIG FAVOR ...

??? So if you truly want to be future oriented -- in life or in business -- I strongly encourage you to read "THINK FUTURE." I promise you that each and every page is worth the modest price of the entire book.
