what I've learned generating leads in the past couple of years: you can give someone 100 leads/month but they won't succeed if you don't help them close them.
this is why this year my focus won't be on lead gen (I can already generate 100/month on command), but on top follow-up systems to get my clients a 10% closing rate on these 100 leads. I will still only accept top B2B CEOs with big ambitions (big TAM, high ticket). Serial mavericks that are not afraid to test things out, take risks and win big. I need to be able to use their products/services myself.
Now, once I start working with these trailblazers and crack the lead gen part after 1 month, here are some follow-up funnels we will work on together:
- Streaming the content live on various platforms
- Opus Shorts on YT, X and LinkedIn
- Newsletter follow-up
- LinkedIn Content
- Linkedin Newsletter
- Calendly automated follow-ups
This would guarantee a nice ROI. It's a 132+ steps proprietary funnel that will make my clients win big time. and I love winning.
