My First Steps to Embrace Change...

Be the change you want to see....so said the Mahatma.

In my view, change is the only constant. It is the ability to exist, adapt, and evolve. I believe in walking with changing times. From an organisational perspective, an organisation can evolve as long as it does not resist change, or else it will stagnate, get complacent, and eventually lose business.

Life is what I live for. It's beautiful, providing opportunities on its course of highs and lows. In the end the winner is the one who learns from experience, and will ultimately evolve faster. I prefer counting the eggs in my basket instead of the ones that fell off. For me, that's positivity. Let, bygones be thus and the only thing that goes ahead is the learning which is derived from the ability to adapt and evolve. 

I constantly ask myself, what value do I bring to the table? How can I inspire and motivate others? 

It's useless to be a victim, cribbing or complaining the whole time. 

In three easy steps, instead of asking myself what's not I'd rather ask what is: 

Step ONE: What does Integrity mean to me?

Step TWO: Do I understand commitment unconditionally?

Step THREE: What do I have to accept and take a stand?

At the end, what do I have?
