My First People Analytics Job

As my People Analytics Success executive coaching business gains traction, I thought it might be helpful to share how I got my own start in the field almost 20 years ago. 

This experience "starting up" a people analytics team placed me in a good position years later to be hired as the "experienced CEO" to take nascent people analytics initiatives "public" (i.e., build a capability and team and generate increasing demand for innovative and practical products and services) at two Fortune 10 companies: Apple and McKesson.

My new firm, People Analytics Success, is all about guiding organizations and individuals toward success in their people analytics initiatives and careers.

 The executive coaching practice is grounded in experience catalyzing and growing people analytics teams and capabilities at all stages of organizational readiness. I coach HR leaders to survive and thrive in the new world of big data, analytics and artificial intelligence. I coach People Analytics practitioners on econometric methods, change management and showing up as a business and HR leader.
