My First AI project as a Project Manager

It has been 4 months since I started working as a Project/Technical Manager for AI. I started on to this role with a background of Support/Dev Project Manager in IT.

Initially, it was hard to understand as it was new, and I had no experience regarding it. I had a fear in my mind how can I adopt this new technology. But my zeal to learn took me a month to overcome my fear.

During the journey I had to face lot of challenges and at a moment pressure was to drop the project. But my passion towards the challenge and *Success Mantras from Steve Jobs made it possible and I pulled together all the players as bandleader and they started responding according to my beat and rhythm. Now I am in the position to deliver the project in the upcoming days.

Now when we are moving towards delivering the project, I realized that having the passion/zeal to learn new technologies and a good supportive team are the two sides of the coin. In case any side of a coin is missing then we will not be able to deliver the project.

Looking forwardly, I will pen down all the challenges which I had faced during the project cycle and share all my experience.
