My first 6 months at ServiceTitan

I’ve been with ServiceTitan now for 6 months, and while on a recent trip, I got the chance to reflect on my experience. Here are my top 5 observations -

1. Titans are amazing. The people at ServiceTitan (we call ourselves, “Titans”) are smart, down-to-earth, and an extremely motivated bunch of folks who make coming to work a joy. I am extremely lucky to be surrounded by them and get to learn something new everyday. They are truly the driving force behind our success. 
2. We have strong leadership. Our founders and leadership team are some of most humble, approachable, and inspiring group of folks in the business. I love that I am given complete autonomy to take on challenging work, and am given nothing but support and encouragement. 
3. Our work matters. We build software for the hardworking folks in the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.). Our customers are the ones that ensure we have running hot water in the winter or stay cool in the scorching summer months, and it’s a privilege to help them improve operational efficiencies and grow their business. 
4. We move quickly. I know we tell ourselves that we need to move faster. But frankly, over the past 6 months my team has delivered a brand new feature, an integration with a key partner, and countless improvements that enhance our customer’s experience and directly impact the company’s OKRs. I’m very proud of the team’s accomplishments and am looking forward to more wins in 2020. 
5. We are growing. We have met with a lot of success because of our teams hard work and efforts. We want to deliver even greater value to our customers and to get to the next level, we are looking to grow our Titan family.

I am extremely grateful to my fellow Titans for taking a chance on me, and giving me the opportunity to join the family. I know that together we will achieve the extraordinary!
