My First 50 Days
It's already been 50 days since I stepped into the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, Fiera Canada and Global Private Wealth. In these initial weeks, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in the company culture, meeting our incredibly talented team members, and diving deep into our operations. Here are a few key takeaways and highlights from my journey so far:

By honing our organizational structure, enhancing decision-making processes, and implementing systematic approaches, we aim to not only drive innovation but also measure and adapt for continuous improvement.

Strengthening Company Culture: Building on the strong foundation of entrepreneurship and innovation cultivated by our Founder Jean-Guy Desjardins, my approach to enhancing our culture revolves around communication and engagement. I had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with employees in our different global offices - by listening to our employees and fostering open dialogue, we'll continue to uphold and amplify our unique culture.
