Over time, your cells are exposed to many toxins, including pollutants, heavy metals, infections, and moulds, and as a result, they begin to malfunction, making you sick. That is why cellular detoxification is an essential second step in my Autoimmune Recovery Plan.?By addressing the toxicity in your cell, it will help you get well.?

Here are some steps to get you started with supporting detoxification in your body:

??Eat more whole foods and minimise consumption of processed foods.
??Work up a sweat at least once a week.
??Avoid toxic relationships and spend time with people you love.

Here is my detox green juice recipe:

Ingredients:
2 cups packed baby spinach leaves
3 stalks of celery
1/2 medium green apple
Handful parsley leaves and stems
1 large cucumber
1-inch length piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
Directions:
Chop all the ingredients into thin pieces small enough to go through the juicer easily, removing any seeds.
Add all ingredients to the juicer.
And voila, delicious green juice to enjoy daily!
Top tip: Prepare a 3-day batch in one go and store it in glass containers in the fridge.
