When you fail in education or career, people see you as a loser.
Especially, when you had startup failures, most of the time companies will not recruit otherwise they will try to negotiate salaries at a low level.
Thanks to Quick Ride founder Mr.KNM Rao, for giving an opportunity and for having trust in me irrespective of my failures.
1. Father lost so much money in farming
2. At the end of Graduation came to know our debts are double than property
3. Entered into a job with great hope to repay all debts.
4. Due to corporate politics, lost interest in the job Within 3 months.
5. Entered into network marketing along with a job for 5 years.
6. Didn't get any monetary benefit but learned LEADERSHIP QUALITIES.
7. Changed job but no change in financial condition, sometimes struggled even for food.
8. Because of passion, quit the well-paid job and started a startup in logistics called Dhivi
9. Failed in logistics startup and then started another one TOPO
10. This time TOPO is a huge disaster and found another one called Gnie
11. Gnie ran successfully for 8 months but financial status and a lot of debts made this to close.
12. Built a very good network and relationships along with great learning experience.
Thanks to our mentors Mr. Maheen Kannu(founder of SpringForth Capital), Vishal Krishna(Your Story) who taught this, My friend Anji Reddy, Our team and my friends who are there supporting all these times.
So Never feel bad about your failure and try to build longlastic relationships with the best people.

5 年Thanks for posting. Most people don't have the courage to admit their failures. And even less would admit what they learnt from their failures/setbacks.? There is a fine line between success and failure. "Those who cannot remember their past are condemned to repeat it. - George Santayana" Which can be interpreted as: "Those who can't learn from their failures are condemned to repeat them." Setbacks should be stepping stones to achieve success.
