My Extended Fall Internship Experience at Televero Health

I had the opportunity to extend my summer internship in the Fall semester allowing me to perpetuate the accumulation of knowledge and advancement in the field of data analysis while working with Televero Health. During my Fall Internship tenure at Televero Health, a pioneering company offering Virtual Behavioral Health Therapy Services to patients, I was immersed in the mission of enhancing access to superior care and empowering individuals to fortify their mental well-being. I had an illuminating journey into the realms of data analysis?and gained knowledge in the Healthcare Industry.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to my colleagues and superiors for providing me with a supportive and nurturing environment that enabled me to learn and grow as a data analyst professional.

Throughout this engagement, I collaborated closely with my team members to orchestrate the collection, analysis, and reporting of data. This practical involvement endowed me with expertise in data mining, data cleaning, and data visualization—proficiencies that furnished critical business insights during daily operations, executive reviews, financial metric evaluations, and the formulation of financial calculations.

At the core of my internship were projects that encapsulated the essence of my role. I delved deeply into data cleansing, data modeling, and data validation tasks that helped curate accurate datasets for Interpretation. I further collaborated with different teams to develop Interactive and Automated Power BI to showcase key metrics such as financial metrics, recruiting metrics, and conversion metrics to evaluate business performance.

Another pivotal facet of my responsibilities was the facilitation of SQL table refreshment. By executing SQL queries and upholding data integrity, I contributed to ensuring that pertinent and current data was available for rigorous analysis, thus underpinning informed decision-making rooted in data.

During my core responsibilities, I collaborated with cross-functional teams such as Recruiting Finance and Sales. This experience taught me the importance of effective communication and teamwork in achieving project goals. I learned how to navigate through different perspectives and find common ground to drive projects forward efficiently.

One of the most valuable experiences that I cherish is the dynamic work environment culture in Televero Health that keeps you on your toes in terms of expanding your capabilities and learning new skills in the data analysis domain.

Lastly, I am thankful to my supporting manager Amy Adams for guiding and mentoring me throughout this journey and encouraging me to take the initiative and responsibilities to discover my potential.
