My experiments on writing with Bing AI!

So Friday morning today, I decided to try out our Bing AI to see if it can help write interesting posts about strength training. Here are the results, let me know what you think?

  1. Write a LinkedIn post on strength training for women

"Strength training is an essential part of any fitness routine. It helps build stronger connective tissues and tendons as well as stabilizing joints. It’s also key for helping in correcting bad posture, building better form in everyday activities and preventing back injuries.

For women, strength training has been demonstrated to improve their perceptions of their body image and improve self-esteem markers overall.?This holds true compared to other exercise modalities such as walking?1.

So ladies, don’t be afraid to lift weights! It’s time to get strong ?????♀?

2. Make it more light hearted

"Who says lifting weights is just for the boys? Ladies, it’s time to get strong and show them what we’re made of! ?????♀?

When I first started strength training, I was intimidated by the weights section of the gym. But after a few sessions with a personal trainer, I realized that lifting weights wasn’t just for the boys! And the best part? Let me know what you think? Will you use it to write your posts?

My personal opinion, I wont probably use it to write my posts but may take help to get the headline, which sometimes takes more time to get to than the actual post!

Happy experimenting!
