Hello LinkedIn family,???? In this post I am going to say about my experiences I have Learnt at Pyramid Valley International. I've been attending a master class self-improvement program Called mindfulness for success for 20 days. I thought it would be helpful to me to share my ?????????????????????? in starting Meditation. As it is my first article, I would be grateful for your support. ????

So first I would like to talk about it, the myths are known so far in meditations considered so,
????First I thought meditation was difficult and a quiet mind is essential to have a successful meditation practice.?
????It takes years of dedicated practice.?
????Meditation is escapism.
????I don't have time to meditate?

These are all the popular myths I have grown so far and these are the countermeasures you can take to Bust those Myth Balloons away.????????

So far I have understood that when it comes to meditation is you have to be a good observer rather than a good thinker because it will help you to see a different perspective that you have not seen before, that is something you can obtain from ????????????????????.

In meditation, there is a separation between you and your life situation so that whenever you are meditating you are detached from the particular situation and you can ?????????????? it better when you are not in that particular situation.

When it comes to making time for meditation what have learned is you always have time to do everything you want but it is about the priority which you give it for the other things so whoever says I don't have time to meditate is basically saying ?? ???? ?????? ???????????????????? ???? ???? ????.

The key is to have patience, practice it, and be consistent at it. Even concentrating on your breath when you are free is a great start in practicing meditation.

If you feel too preoccupied starting out with meditation then what you can do is practice the process of meditating and eventually trust the process and not the results, then you will Eventually get good results without focusing on the results in the first place.?
