When I have joined Wyzmindz Solutions Pvt Ltd, At first, I felt like I was standing at the edge of a big unknown ocean. I was excited but also nervous. My background wasn't technical at all. However, something inside me was eager to learn.

The turning point in my journey was undoubtedly my manager. From day one, he? is like a guiding lighthouse in a stormy sea. He believed in my potential, even when I didn't. His confidence gave me the courage to dive into the technical world.

Sometimes he explained lovingly and sometimes intrusively, but whatever is the way ,it does not matter ,thing is that ,he tried to build us more confident. He is more like a Guru for me.

I started with the basics. It felt like trying to learn a new language. My manager encouraged me to ask questions, no matter how silly they seemed. It was like building a foundation for a house; I needed strong blocks to support what was to come.

The real magic happened when I got the chance to handle the client escalations. . At first, it was tough. I often stared at the screen, feeling like a deer caught in headlights. But as time went on, and with my manager's feedback, those tasks also became easier. It was like riding a bike; once you get the hang of it, you wonder why you were ever afraid.

Here every ?little achievement is a reason to celebrate . Completing a course? or resolving one issue felt like winning a small battle. My manager often recognised these wins, making me feel proud of my progress. His encouragement kept me motivated, reminding me that every step counts, no matter how small it is.

With every new challenge, I grew more confident. Instead of panicking, I tackled it head-on. My manager's advice? always echoed in my mind: “Stay calm and think logically.” And that’s what I am doing. Each challenge became a stepping stone, pushing me closer to my goal.

My journey is n’t just about technical skills; it is also about building relationships. My colleagues aree always willing to help. We collaborated, brainstorming and sharing ideas. These connections made learning enjoyable and created a positive work environment. It felt like being part of a big family working towards the same goal.
