My experience of helping organize a Web3 Event.

The world has changed.

But most people haven't seen it yet.

Here’s my experience of attending & helping organize a Web3 & AI-focused event, Genesis:

The event was organized by Webcrux and saw great student participation. Webcrux is a blockchain community based out of Dehradun which aims at educating more and more people about the immense potential of blockchain and decentralization in general.

All the organizing committee members, including me, worked really hard to make this event a success and had a lot of fun along the way. We marketed the event by organizing giveaways and giving out swags including hoodies, t-shirts, stickers, badges, and food coupons.

At the event, the attendees were briefed about cutting-edge technology and tools. The key topics covered were:

? Transition from web 2 to web3

? Setting up a crypto wallet and doing your first transaction

? Dapps

? NFTs

? Creating your first NFT and deploying it on Opensea

? Intro to some amazing AI Tools like mid-journey, synthesia, and dall-e

Apart from learning more about blockchain itself, this event helped me understand what it is like working in a team and how such big events are organized and marketed.
