WHY DID I CHOOSE AMARIS FOR MY INTERNSHIP?
I have always been interested in the world of IT ???? ?? and as a Work and Organizational Psychologist, I wanted to know how my discipline could help and learn how was a day-to-day Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT sector.
WHERE?
With more than 1000 clients across the globe, we have been implementing solutions in major projects for over a decade – this is made possible by an international team of?8000 people from 110 different nationalities, spread across 5 continents and more than 60?countries.?
In Spain, we have offices in Madrid and Valencia and a big hub in Barcelona.
My personal experiences since I moved to Barcelona, have been at least challenging, new job, new city, new colleagues... starting from scratch, and like any white canvas that you have to paint may seem at first very shocking but thanks to the projects and people that I have met along the way I can say that today I have made a good decision and I encourage you that if you want to live an experience in which you can grow and mature as a professional not only sign up for the opportunities that Amaris has for you in Barcelona but also around the world.

WHAT IS THE DAILY LIFE OF A TAO AT AMARIS LIKE? ??
Exciting, from the first day you receive a fantastic welcome ?? from the Amaris Spain team in my case. Throughout your internship, I receive support, guidance, and continuous feedback on my learning process.
Another thing you will find at Amaris is the #opportunity to work in an international, cross-cultural, and interdisciplinary environment that will allow you to exploit your skills to the next level.

As an intern in the talent acquisition department, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process. From sourcing and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks, I was able to learn and apply the skills necessary to effectively identify and attract top talent for the organization.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my internship was being able to assist in the hiring of new employees. I was able to take part in the interview process, which allowed me to see firsthand the importance of assessing candidates not only on their qualifications but also on their fit within the company culture. This experience taught me the importance of being able to assess a candidate's potential and how they will contribute to the success of the organization.
Another valuable aspect of my internship was working closely with the talent acquisition team. I was able to learn from experienced recruiters and gain insight into the strategies and techniques they use to find the best candidates. This provided me with a valuable learning experience and allowed me to develop my own skills and strategies.
Overall, my internship in the talent acquisition department was a valuable and rewarding experience. I learned a great deal about the recruitment process and gained insight into the strategies and techniques used by experienced recruiters.
I am grateful for the opportunity to have gained hands-on experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in pursuing a career in talent acquisition.
?HOW LONG DOES THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS TAKE?
In my case, it was 2 weeks. And it consisted of 3 stages in which I got to know a little bit about Amaris. I leave a scheme here:
