We very well know that 2020 was a year unlike any other. Businesses all change around 180 degrees from what they do and how they will operate. We are using technology to overcome our problems. Now Zoom, WhatsApp is compulsory to communicate between co-workers. Our lives are very dependent on technology from home to work. In a past article, I discussed the shortages of 2021, which will helpful for all to follow the right path in 2021. In this article, I will highlight some predictions or my expectation for the year 2021. This article is important because if we know about any situation or condition before arriving at it, we will prepare ourselves to play with it. We all once in life try to know something about the future from any card reader or anyone else, everyone tries to find out something about his future. Prediction is always important especially in the business sector, in most of the organization team review the previous year in order to predict some economic or financial situation of next year. These predictions are helpful to find the correct way or path that which path leads our organization towards success.
Cyberattacks will increases
A huge, global change to a remote workforce resulted in COVID-19. Next year, however, as we begin to see more employees return to the workplace, we will reach a completely new standard, while others, who are not yet able or ready to make the transition, stay home. This will lead to a split that requires IT departments to manage both full-scale on-premise and full-scale remote access requirements. Employees who are working from home are always connected with office database and employee laptop, mobile or any other gadgets is no single user, other family members also use that device sometimes. Therefore, it is difficult to secure or look for an employee who is working from home. As now whole organization working on laptops or any other digital platform, information or data are not secured at some level. In 2021, hackers or cyberattacks are a larger threat to anyone. These attacks will surely increase this year and the organization should secure their data from these attacks.
Cloud will be Everywhere
Days are gone when cloud capabilities are limited or centralized only in data centers. Now you can easily find out cloud-based applications. Cloud-based applications are helping to boost the performance of ships out at sea, aircraft crossing the sky, and in our cars and homes. Now cloud technologies are closer to the customer than before across the world. Customers are deploying devices to gather petabytes of data from one corner to another corner of the world.
When the cloud expands out of concentrated areas and into the environments in which we live and operate every day, what we can increasingly find is that the same program running in the cloud will run near you, leading to changes in all facets of our lives, from healthcare to travel, culture, manufacturing, and more. This drive to the edge will intensify in 2021.
Photos, video, and audio are going to speak louder than words
In the current year, pictorial communication is increasing rather than word communication. As you see now in search engines we can use voice search most of the time rather than typing. We have been gradually engaging via audio, video, and photographs over the past year, as we have all reached the depths of lockdown. As a result, as we make even more use of graphics to communicate, the volume of text we consume on our screens is being diminished. On Twitter, 80 percent of tweets contain some sort of image or video on an ordinary day or are just a picture or video.
The use of audio, video, and photographs in 2021 and beyond will continue to replace written text in everything from social media to business operations, and cloud computing will play an important role in fulfilling this need.
Technology will change our Physical World
As you see in the previous year we experience one major physical change in our lives is social distancing. 2021 is the year in which we're going to start finding
How to properly plan our cities to allow us, without becoming too remote, the benefits of social distance. Stuff about how we make our neighborhoods healthier and better, rather than just denser and more effective, would be considered in our preparation. It's the real fusion of the physical and the modern.
Another physical transition we can see is the quickly disappearing need for cash in our wallets, which is less social and more economic. The growth in cashless payments has been one of the major developments since the pandemic. Cash is banned in several bars and restaurants worldwide. As a result, we have seen a drastic uptick in emerging online payment networks whose companies are developed in the cloud and whose blockchain security and ledger technologies are also cloud-based.
E-Learning marks his place in Education
During this pandemic, technology and proximity to it have played an enormous role in children's education. Next year, we will be proving that remote learning can succeed and could be a safer choice for others and that it will play a constructive and more persistent part in education. Due to the pandemic, the users in the e-learning platform are increases rapidly.
We all want to send our kids to educational institutes for learning but e-learning is also a beneficial platform where you can gain as much knowledge as you want. If there is an internet connection in your house then you can learn anything from this platform. Remote classes give school systems, and students, the flexibility to respond to unforeseen events, whether pandemics, natural disasters, or manmade calamities–to keep the learning going.
Summary
You're going to learn several times that our lifestyle changed last year. No!-No! The previous year just influenced our lifestyle, but now our way of living will change from this year onwards. The Year of Change is here this year. We will follow new retail, cultural, transit, and commercial channels this year. This year, since the previous year showed us a lot, more organizations or administrations would think differently. Ascertain corporations understand, we should still work from home because that would reduce our running expenses.
I hope that this year will positively change our lifestyle.
