My Deliverer Goes the Extra Mile: A Tale of Delivering a Full Kitchen Set

At My Deliverer, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients. Recently, we had the opportunity to showcase our dedication to customer service by delivering a full kitchen set from Grange, QLD to Wondai, QLD.

The task was not without its challenges. To our surprise, the kitchen pantry was still assembled and needed to be removed from inside a Queenslander home despite being told that all the items had already been moved to the front of the house.

With four of our experienced team members on hand, we carefully removed the kitchen pantry from inside the home. Because it was still assembled, it was too wide for the staircase and front door. But no worries—we improvised by carefully sliding it on trestles off the balcony!

As a last-mile delivery service for small businesses, we don't usually handle removals. However, for one of our long-standing clients, we were happy to figure it out at no extra charge. It's just another example of our team's dedication to going above and beyond for our customers.

We took two of our delivery vans to transport the entire kitchen set three hours north to Wondai. Once we arrived, we unloaded the kitchen set directly into storage sheds. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was in place and the kitchen set was delivered without any damage.
