Do you have goals for your marriage as a couple? Have you sat down to (1) identify your differences as a couple and (2) agree on specific steps to make your marriage vibrant?

Did you know it’s far much easier to resolve issues than to dissolve your marriage and begin to hunt for a new deal? Even the new deal will be an ordeal if you don’t understand how marriage works. In marriage you’ll always have differences no matter who you live with. Living together is not about compatibility, it’s about flexibility.

If you’re keen investing in yourself and your partner does not, soon or later, your gap will be so wide and evident to everyone. As your knowledge gap widens, you’ll no longer read from the same script. It is your duty as the enlightened one to bring up your partner to your level rather than foolishly dismiss them.

For instance, if you’re serious with your marriage, you can firmly agree as a couple that every year, you’ll attend at least two marriage seminars just to enrich your marriage. You either pay the price of a great marriage or you’ll pay the price of a broken marriage. The choice is in your hands.
