In today's market, I'm having consistent conversations with investors who are struggling with deal flow. They underwrite, underwrite, and underwrite to exhaustion, boredom, or burnout because the next potential opportunity comes in at 40% below the ask.

This is exactly what happened to me just a few months ago. I was burnt out, stopped researching, stopped underwriting deals, and stopped looking altogether.
