My current work life !

I had done with almost a good time into even script technology and i feel things working ahead with me and also see my career setting here after trying & changing many more company. Talking about culture here mainly my head are belonging of 2 major nature where one head is having a very listening and conservative and full of patience kind of nature, well other is complete straight forward and almost speak with one shot on face kind nature. So I guess i survived and get my strings combine with them probably setting into this variant of nature where i figure out that every management should keep a transparency into every essential things where you can decide and get chance to grow from your mistakes ahead .

Meanwhile i also expect my ahead journey here can be just get more better where i can grasp more things which can prove to be one of the life learning lessons ,also my team is supportive so that is the main strength of company to built ahead where no such kind of leg pulling activity gets entertained . I felt and reason to not switch this company is only having certain amount of humanity where everyone connects and understand the situation.
