My COVID-19 Learnings :)

Well Many of my family, friends, students regularly ask me about How’s #COVIDー19 Lockdown going on? The common answer that I gave was - “Its PATHETIC, WORST & blah blah”

But now let me be honest with you now - It’s more than 45 days This Lockdown till now has been real eye-opener of the way I look at things from both professionally & personally. It let me self introspect myself, microlearning each & every day just beyond my core domain - #DigitalMarketing. Here is the brief of my #LockdownLearning that I would like to share --

1 - When everything stopped all of the sudden - First thought “What will happen to DG now?”, It created a deep sense of fear & panic! But didn’t know it created more BIG opportunities for me & DG for the future!

2 - Started understanding broader aspects of life just beyond money, success, relations!

3 - How startup actually works? I didn’t know when I started Digital Gurukul, because it was purely out was the zeal to prove rather than turning it on the professionally scalable model!

4 - Being introvert in nature & too much occupied in training, I didn’t prioritize on building industry contacts which is extremely crucial for the future of Digital Gurukul & its students - Thus I decided to Launch DG Masterclass series to connect with Asia’s leading expert across industries. The series proved to be the most successful event in the history of Digital Gurukul & we launched its 2nd version within 1 month.

5 - I started learning different roles in a startup - from the role of CEO, CTO, CFO COO to how it can become a unicorn & most importantly “ONE PERSON CAN NOT RUN THE SHOW FOR LONG”. Thus Building the right set of the team is KEY for success.

6 - Being more open & transparent with friends & team members is VERY IMPORTANT! I realized this after 5+ years of launching my startup.

7 - Keeping away with a hyped useless conversation, movies, games, TV series & focussing on learning new things EVERY DAY & Be more informed & knowledgable every day than yesterday! Tough but not impossible!
