My Conversations Feature 5

In the Feature 5 of My Conversation Stephen Gill presents his views on the accomplishments of poetry in the 20th century. This question was asked by Dr. Peggy Lunch, a prominent poet from Texas who is also managing editor of Poetry in the Arts. It appeared in number 23 in January 2001 of Poetry in the Arts. ?Stephen Gill informs her that the twentieth century is also known for the gradual flowering of poetry that reached maturity towards the close of the millennium. It is the second Renaissance. Stephen Gill gives reasons in around ten minutes on YouTube for the flowering of poetry in the 20th century.
