My strength is leading teams, delighting customers. Another passion is helping and supporting others at work place and in communities. I am blessed to be with #ibm to have abundance of opportunities to support my passions. This blog entry is focused on my community services story.
My Student Life: Blessed to render community services from college days. 80% of my weekends spent in supporting eye camps, tree plantations, health camps, blood donations etc While Lions club is for elders, LEO club is for youngsters - grab the Opportunity, Experience and grow as Leader. Multiple roles played and 100's of programs conducted to serve the needy in towns and colleges. When I look back now, feeling so good to view how my time was spent in college days. Thanks to my uncle who encouraged and motivated.
For Students: I love to spent time with students community especially in town colleges. In last 10 years, interacted with few thousands of students across numerous colleges. Focus is to let them aware of their strengths, success formula , IT Career , motivational and emerging trends. In IBM lead students internship program and also engaged in few other programs that helps students community
My Yoga world: Present complex environment in which we live gave a good alarm to take care about my health, opted Yoga path, few years back been tagged as Yoga Acharya :-) Also awarded as Pillar of an Yoga studio which is connected with 20+ yoga centers in Hyderabad. Numerous programs were managed, 100's of new yoga teachers were mentored, guided on the right path. Quite happy to share that good number of women and others chosen Yoga as their careers. As part of PPH (Promoting Positive Health) Yoga tips for IT professionals were socialized to 1000's. During covid times, Pranayama techniques, tips video series were shared with fellow IBMers and other friends.
