My co-active coaching experience

It was such a great experience to follow the Co-active coaching program for around 2 years, (one of?) the best learning experiences I have ever had. Thanks to all leading coaches and fellow learners who created such a transformational experience.

• Early-on, I was surprised by the power of authentic coaching and holding every single person “creative, whole, and resourceful"; something vividly brought to us by Tina (Müller) de Mee?s and Pam Kowalski during "Fundamental" module.
• During "Fulfillment" module, I learned that real fulfillment is when "doing" and "being" are aligned and we connect with our deeper values and inner leaders; what a great message from you Johann Entz-von Zerssen and Jetske van Heusden .
• Coaching is a continuous process of expanding our views and perceptions, far from the narrow visions that we are often locked into. It was so fun to practice and embody it during "Balance" module with Karen Makkes van der Deijl and Jetske van Heusden .
• Emotions! The warmth of life and the fundamental aspects of being human! Embracing and working through emotions, rather than ignoring and covering them up, is the art of coaching (and living)! You, Dori Ben-Chanoch and Franziska Rizzolli von Klocke opened my eyes and heart to a whole new life dimension during "Process" module.
• Coaching is not a mechanical procedure, is an authentic human relationship with all its tools and resources combined, full of presence and improvisation. During "Synergy" module, you showed ample examples of being a dancer in the moment, Bassem Terkawi and Wiebke Renner.

Last, but not the least, thank you Lonneke Korenromp for encouraging me in following this program and you James Falter for coaching me during this process. Special thanks to you Marleen Huysman and Bart van den Hooff for supporting me all through this journey.
