Thank You (close relative) ji! This made me think for your (son-in-law) who has to also take care of (your daughter) and (your grand daughter). He already got covid-19 once and his work will again be from office (in a major city in India) and which means he will again be at high risk since the vaccine works for only that much time. Perhaps you've already planned for him.
I think people don't know that India has among the highest recovery rates in the world. Moreover, with our PM the value of Indians is growing and so we should be able to travel anywhere later also. I haven't thought of immigration or else I would've stayed in Canada long time ago. I do want to travel around the world. This made me think how low you used to feel traveling on the Indian passport and along with that being of black skin about which you had said several times to me. Thankfully with our PM the value of Indians is growing around the world and the color of skin and the Indian passport will keep reducing as issues.
Thank You (close relative) ji for sharing! It'll be great to see you and (your wife - my aunt) in the beautiful Canada soon as you're ready to go whenever you can travel as you had shared! It of course makes sense that when the population is very less and the country is very big in comparison and also developed then the people there have a much better chance of not getting covid-19.
I wish our PM was there since Independence so that we didn't grow such a huge and poor population. However, now things are improving. Thank You (close relative) ji!

This also reminds me of my ex-girlfriend who used to tell me during my college years that she wants me to marry her and stay with her in Switzerland and that not go to India. I used to reply to her that it doesn't make sense because I have family in India and that we can work, travel and live around the world. Having met and seen so many different people and cultures in the US during my college and work years, I was highly interested in visiting the many countries and experiencing them. Of course, we can also see many people who rather prefer to just stay at once place. I'm not saying if they're right or wrong. I do think that the world is beautiful and worth experiencing the so many different amazing things in nature and those created by people.
I searched for any official image of covid-19 recoveries (recent) per country. However, I found the above image on Wikipedia which is unfortunate and reflects that people are suffering worldwide and that we should all work together to overcome this as soon as we can also because similar situations can arise again and again.
