6 个月Interesting, particularly after a year of hindsight. I think it clearly underestimated its impact on social media. I also think it really missed what for me is its killer app — learning/training. Specifically, ChatGPT (and other LLMs—personally, I prefer Claude at the moment) is excellent at things like helping give a concise summary of a topic, and then interactively focusing in on the key points relevant to you — substantially different from reading an entire Wikipedia article or spending an hour in and out of Google searches and reading all the results looking for the relevant nuggets for you. It's also excellent at being able to provide ideas for contextual application of knowledge, i.e., not just the facts or the process, but in a particular context, how might they be applied? Personally, I use AI nearly every day now, and find it an indispensable tool.
