My celebration of 4/20, 2020

Hey Everyone. I hope you are doing well and surviving these very challenging times. Our Family is doing well and doing our best to maintain sanity in this very crazy situation. I hope my message is encouraging and motivating for all of you. This month has a very big significance to me. On 4/20, 2020 I will have worked for Bonal Technologies for 22 years. I have been working here ever since I got back from a vacation in the Philippines back in 1998. I really appreciate the very encouraging words from people on Facebook, Linkedin and other support. I am very lucky to have Family and Friends that are always in my corner giving me positive reinforcement on a regular basis. Right back at all of you and I wish all of you the best success in whatever you are doing. Set goals high and never give up. In sales it is crucial to keep a positive attitude. Hopefully, our company will survive all this. As well as the current situation I have been working with the pain and discomfort of a broken leg over the past few months and have not missed a beat and still did my job. I was social distancing before it was cool. I am almost recovered. I am making every effort to continue working from home and keep our company in business. I am still able to sell our products. I have now sold this equipment into almost every State in the United States, every Province and Territory in Canada and 37 Countries around the World. It is impossible to speak fluently in every language of all these Countries but I try my best to say a few words in the native language out of respect. I can usually introduce myself and in some cases say a little bit more. The more I listen the more I learn and I am not too old to learn even though I am older than petrified dirt. Even in this challenging time I have been on a roll and maintained positive good sales for 16 months in a row. I still have a lot of work to do out there and the potential for companies to benefit from this Technology is incredible. Our products are used in aerospace, defense, nuclear, tool & die, power industry, hydro works, marine industry, petroleum industry and just about anything in welding or machining or both. Fortunately, I have a very good work ethic and I did not give up. Hopefully, this challenge will be over in the next few weeks or at least better than it is now. Hang in there World. We can do this. I like it, I like it, I like it!
