Today's post features Viktorija, Team Lead of Customer Service Team based in Lithuania, who enjoys working with great colleagues who come from different backgrounds and brings fascinating stories to tell.

Viktorija started her career as a consultant in the call center in Lithuania three years ago, and today she is a team lead of Customer Service Team. ??

Viktorija moved to ?iauliai after school and majored there in English Philology ??, where she also applied for a position of consultant in a call center??. Viktorija shares that when she found out that she got a place in Luminor she was super excited and couldn't wait to join the team. One of the reasons why Viktorija was so thrilled to join Luminor was that her team were the first ones to open a call center for Luminor in ?iauliai.

Her current role in Luminor was offered by her manager who saw a great potential in Viktorija, she took it very positively and happily accepted it, as she felt that she was ready to try herself in something new. ?? There she felt great support from her direct manager and other team leads.

Most enjoyable part is the work trips to Vilnius ?? I enjoy being this link who helps the team to get back together after Covid-19 and restore connection as we are a little family. I love working with people, seeing their happy faces when delivering them good news or engaging in some kind of activities together.
