We would like to introduce Ms. Yoon Lai Phyu, Head of Legal and Compliance, for “My Career Adventure at Advans Myanmar” program.
?? I am Ms. Yoon Lai Phyu, and I proudly serve as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Advans MFI Myanmar. As I reflect on my journey here, I am filled with gratitude and a sense of accomplishment.
?? Professional Growth and Key Accomplishment ??
My adventure with Advans began in March 2017 when I joined as an Executive Assistant. Those early days were marked by the excitement of building something new, from establishing departments to fostering cross-cultural relationships. It was during this time that I had the privilege of learning from and connecting with incredible colleagues.
??? In 2018, I stepped into the role of Senior Legal Officer, responsible for legal compliance and forging valuable corporate partnerships.
??? By January 2019, I was honored to be designated as the Corporate Secretary by our Board.
??? The path of growth continued, and in March 2020, I assumed the position of Manager, Legal and Compliance, collaborating closely with the management team to shape our compliance and governance strategies.
??? A significant milestone was reached in October 2022 when I was appointed Head of Legal and Compliance.
?? What truly makes Advans Myanmar exceptional is our culture of collaboration and support. The colleagues and mentors I've encountered along the way have been a constant source of inspiration and guidance. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this company's success and share its values.
I eagerly anticipate the continuation of this remarkable journey with Advans Myanmar, and I am committed to furthering our shared success.
