?? Hello everyone! I’m Aye Myat Mon, the Operation Planning Manager at Advans Myanmar.

?? Professional Growth and Key Accomplishment ??

My journey with Advans Myanmar began in October 2019, when I started as a Senior Officer, Back Office.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by the supportive and collaborative environment that encouraged personal and professional growth.

?? In October 2020, I was promoted to the position of Back Office Manager, my first major step in Advans Myanmar. Leading a team and managing critical back-office operations (counter functions) taught me the importance of effective leadership and operational efficiency.

?? In July 2022, I embraced a new challenge as the role of Loan Recovery Manager. The experience I gained in this role was invaluable, as it enhanced my problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

?? In April 2024, I was promoted to Operation Planning Manager. This role has allowed me to leverage my previous experiences and contribute to the company's strategic goals on a larger scale.

?? Looking back, my journey at Advans Myanmar has been marked by continuous growth and the support of incredible colleagues and leaders.

?? Each role has provided unique challenges and learning opportunities, shaping me into a more capable and confident professional.

?? I am grateful for the trust placed in me and the opportunities to advance my career. I look forward to keeping up my contribution to Advans Myanmar’s success.
