“My Career Adventure at Advans Myanmar”

We would like to introduce Mr. Wunna Htun, Regional Manager in Mandalay Region-2 for “My Career Adventure at Advans Myanmar” program.

?? First of all , I would like to introduce myself .My name is Wunna Htun ,I am working as a Regional Manager in Mandalay Region-2 in currently .

?? Professional Growth and Key Accomplishment ??

?? In October 2017, I started working as a Junior Customer Relationship Officer (JCRO)at Madaya Branch of Advans Myanmar MFI and I gained my first business experiences in the MFI sector.

?? In June 2018, I was promoted to Senior Customer Relationship Officer (SCRO) and moved to Chaung U Branch of Advans Myanmar MFI. After having the service 3 months at Chaung U Branch, I was promoted to the rank of Lead Customer Relationship Officer (LCRO) in September 2018 and continued to work at the Chaung U branch for Seven Months. During my tenure at the Chaung U Branch, I was able to work together successfully with my colleagues as brothers and sisters, and I was able to build good unity and provide good service to clients of Advans Myanmar.

?? In May 2019, I was promoted to branch manager and transferred to Shwe Bo branch for my new adventure. During the 3 years that I worked at the Shwe Bo Branch, I was able to successfully build the successful first-generation employees of the Shwe Bo Branch, and I built a good branch image and can produced many good productive employees as well. And I transferred to Sagaing Branch as the same position in June 2022.

?? In November 2023, I was promoted to the position of Regional Manager of Mandalay Region-2 which include these four branch Pathein Gyi, Madaya, Chanmyathazi and Pyin Oo Lwin branch. And I continued to perform well my duties and responsibilities as a Regional Manager until now.

?? First of all, thank you very much fo trusting me to appoint you as an employee of Advans Myanmar after graduating from university. Over 6 years Journey in Advans Myanmar, From the time I served in Advans Myanmar until now, I have many chances that having the opportunity to analysis the business of Advans Myanmar's clients, being able to support the financial needs of the clients and giving the good advice . In addition , I also had the opportunity to learn from the experiences and knowledge of the manager ,supervisors and colleagues who brought me and worked together . I was able to raise the colleagues as brothers and sisters who work with me to become good productive staffs and I can share the knowledge and experiences as well .

?? I had the opportunity to attend the Training and class those are organized by Advans Myanmar for my career and personal development. Those are Excel class, English Class, Leader Plus Training, Leading People and Team Specialization Class, TOT Training, and Management Training and those are very helpful for personal development and I was able to us it well in my practical work.

?? In conclusion, I am very proud to be a good employee of Advans Myanmar and will continue to do my best. In accordance with Advans Myanmar's rule and regulation, I will manage and support the branch and employees as well, assisting in drafting the necessary strategy and planning of each branch, being able to produce the talent employees and productive staffs , will work to build a happy environment among the colleagues and will work harder more to achieve good result , continued to share a lot of experiences to staffs and try more harder to be giving hands and to create personal brand .
