This book was a gemstone for me thanks to valuable recommendations and interesting case studies. I wish I read it earlier to save time in professional career growth. You can find a lot of information on company 's politicians loyalty, priorities and attitude towards employees. There is a good part on professional development at different career stages and skills to focus. Definitely worth reading because everyone can find some useful advice.

Audacious AF: An Empowering Guide to Running an Authentic Business by?Amanda King

If you are looking for an inspiration that is a kick ass inspiration, this book is for you! It is built on a personal story and this makes the book so unique. I definitely like how honestly and transparently the author talks about what worked and what didn't in her entrepreneurial journey. There is a portion of good advice that can be handy. Get ready to see a four-letter word quite often however I haven't met true entrepreneurs NOT using it when talking about their experience.

Warren Buffett: Investor and Entrepreneur by?Todd A Finkle

This book is a good read if you are interested in other's professional life. Warren Buffett is a significant figure in business and investment arena and this book is write in a special way. The book is a good mix of personal author's experience with Buffett as well as some information from other sources. I have really enjoyed reading and learned a lot for my professional and personal development.

Corporate Streetfighter: How to Excel in Business and Life Using Brains, Cunning, and Finesse by?Jeffrey Litwin

The book has a good components of inspiring you for leadership positions. It is indeed a good bunch of ideas on how to take on, thrive and succeed in a C-level position. There is no ideal scenario however there should be an optimistic and positive approach towards any role you are taking. The author shares good advice from his own career path and this makes the book valuable from practical perspective.

The Creative Thinking Handbook: Your Step-By-Step to Problem Solving in Business by?Chris Griffiths?,?Melina Costi?

You may find this book practical or inspirational. For me both count because, on one side, the book has a well-designed structure on how to develop creativity for you individually as well as how to lead creative thinking processes for a team or company. There are good quotes and case studies that illustrate the importance of creative intelligence. Some frameworks are not new however they support the overall living and breathing of urgency to be creative in today's world.

I found this book very thoughtful and practical hands on approach to leadership. It has a structured approach on how to lead companies from a small size to growth to 500. There should be a change in mind, strategic approach and ways of leading companies small and big. Interesting examples give opportunities to learn and reflect.

This book became one of my favorite. It doesn't provide loads of new information on strategy or concepts of strategy building. What makes it special? The concentration of the information that can help in making strategic decisions. Strategy is a set of choices in VUCA environment and it is very important for leaders and mangers to drive the right choices at the correct time.

Negotiation Genius: How to Overcome Obstacles and Achieve Brilliant Results at the Bargaining Table and Beyond by?Deepak Malhotra,?Max H. Bazerman

What makes this book interesting and practically focused? The framework described in the book and suitable negotiation cases reviewed and analysed. The ideas are simple and ready to use in real life. It is good to keep such a book on a table when getting ready to serious negotiations.

Classic books with content suitable to any time. We can't learn from modern books new information that we can from old times books and wisdom.

Finances can tell a lot about business's health, sustainability and profitability. This book is very useful for non-violent related managers because it tells you about important finance notions in simple terms, provides examples and helps to understand how to recognize health trends of your company. There is a toolbox with summary and tips after each chapter.

Relationships are key in personal and professional life. This book provides a summary of archetypes of people that are difficult to deal with as we as helps to gind a way around such relationships. There is plenty of useful information, life examples and great advice.

Felt really biased when reading the book as I am 100% in agreement with the author. Digital citizenship is here to stay and screen time has nothing to finding the use of tech, it comes from non-interactive TV watching coming from the past. Today's tech offers skills development when selected strategically. We as parents are in control of this strategy and as soon as we realize that digital world is here to stay, the smooth will be the integration in the digital reality. By ignoring something, we don't extinct it in reality.p, we just ignore that with exists.

Evolutionary Ideas: Unlocking Ancient Innovation to Solve Tomorrow's Challenges by?Sam Tatam

This book is quite special because is it full of interesting common life facts as well as their application to business scenarios. There are plenty of things I have learned from the book that seemed to be obvious to me however they are behavioral patterns that can be well explained as well as applied in marketing and sales. This book is not a pure business book and on the other hand it shows how research and experimentation can be applied or have already been used by companies to influence consumer choices and decisions.

I am very happy to hold ARC of this book and having an opportunity to read it. First of all, if you are looking to become a sales coach or to coach your own sales team, this book gives a great start. It is structured to walk you through all the aspects of coaching sales people individually and as a team, gives you ready to use coaching questions as well as suppliers with case studies of their application.

Straight Talk: Influence Skills for Collaboration and Commitment by?Rick Brandon

I was thinking for a while how to approach a review for this book because it has multifaceted aspects on communication in general as it describes so many interesting applications and techniques that can be used in negotiations and life/business conversations alike. You will find frameworks and ready to use phrases, situations and dialogues with analysis, exercises for you to think and reflect on. In some cases I found a book slightly theoretical and in general it does equip you with useful ideas and instruments to use in every day business and/or private life.

The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership: Follow Them and People Will Follow You by?John C. Maxwell

This is a must read for leaders and leaders to be. The book is definitely worth time invested and can support a very positive personal growth through educational stories on leadership. There are interesting aspects of leadership examples and situations that can help to reflect on own leadership capabilities and provide a good ground for growth and leadership qualities development.

The book is well structured and provides 360 overview on tooks, skills and actions to be taken in order to succeed with strategy for business.

How to F*ck Up Your Startup: The Science Behind Why 90% of Companies Fail--and How You Can Avoid It by?Kim Hvidkjaer

No idea where to start when talking about this great book! I have finished it in one go and enjoyed every page. If you're an entrepreneur, go and invest your time in this book in the first place. Definitely can confirm from my own experience that the value of the information is incredibly useful if you take action. The book covers all the areas of start up potential fails (at least all I know about) and gives a very cheerful advice on how to avoid them. If you never ran your own busines, this book is a very good guide on what not to. You are alerted when you know what potentially to expect..

The Digital Marketing Handbook: Deliver Powerful Digital Campaigns by?Simon Kingsnorth

Very focused book on digital all from website and ecommerce to social media marketing. The great thing about this book is that you don't need to read from start to end. You can read any of the chapters separately and in no particular order because they cover separate topics of the big digital marketing world. The handbook part is very practical and will give you hands on tools you may need to use. Another thing to mention are case studies. Very hands on and easy to read book.

What Customers Hate: Drive Fast and Scalable Growth by Eliminating the Things that Drive Away Business by?Nicholas Webb,?Thomas Nelson

This is one of the most comprehensive customer success books that I had in my hands by now. What you will find: plenty of useful business cases, very good structure that will guide you through stages of engagement with your customers. Some approaches are well-known and observed from a different angle, some of them are novel and definitely worth trying. I have learned a lot that what customers hate is times more important information compared to what they may live about company or product. You find new ways of NOW and approaches to customers surveys to be tested. The book is worth reading.

How Creativity Rules the World: The Art and Business of Turning Your Ideas into Gold by?Maria Brito

We are creative creatures even when we think opposite. Creativity is a part of human nature and this book helps to explore, develop and improve creativity levels by providing a great structure and set of actions items that can be used to spark creativity level in all of us. There are a lot of interesting examples on creative ideas and projects and I liked a lot that every chapter has a short summary of things to do, reflect on and take action. Valuable book overall that will help to follow your guts and help to see innovation in opportunities around you.
