My Blueprint for Organic Traffic

It was an incredible honor to join Jennie Wright on the Acquire podcast to discuss my framework for systematically building organic traffic and how online summits can be a powerful tactic.?

As a serial entrepreneur who has built and grown multiple businesses, I've become obsessed with marketing and traffic generation out of necessity.

Over the years, I've developed a strategic approach I call the Traffic pyramid. It provides a roadmap for entrepreneurs to focus their efforts on the highest potential activities first.

The Traffic pyramid has four tiers, starting with passive content creation as the foundation. This means developing valuable articles, videos, podcasts and other media.?

The second tier is actively optimizing that content so platforms like Google, YouTube and Spotify can amplify your message. This step is essential, but time-intensive.

The third tier is all about leveraging other people's audiences by guest posting, getting interviewed on popular podcasts, and running online summits.?

Summits let you tap into the followers of all your speakers and drive traffic back to your own platforms. Repurposing summit content can generate months' worth of social media updates, blog posts and even new podcast episodes.

While you can scale quickly with paid ads, organic strategies drive more sustainable growth. Focus there first (i.e. shelve the should of paid ads!)
