I’m proud to be working with TracyLocke, one of the leading organizations working for gender equality and committed to addressing gender issues in the workplace. 

As you’re probably aware, I’m a staunch advocate of getting more females into leadership positions. I believe it’s well and truly time that the glass ceiling was shattered, and that’s why it’s such an honor to be working alongside TracyLocke to help them achieve their goal of becoming the first advertising agency to go 50/50, with fifty percent men and fifty percent women as part of its leadership team.
