My best devices while working in the office and remote?

As a senior product marketing manager for Teams devices and roughly 15yrs of device experience. My background extends to the early days of LCS (Live Communication Server) where Unified Communications began to make its way into organizations. I have seen deployments take place where devices were the last phase of the deployment and the one phase that was overlooked and simply put, the lowest cost purchase given the budget available.

In today's’ world there has been a huge shift towards the role devices play. Now with AI and businesses driving needs, customers are more attracted to newer feature rich devices. Making devices move up the ladder in priority for deployment. Devices today have become important in driving user experience and business adoption.

Therefore, a question I frequently get asked from customers, partners, and colleagues is “what is the best device?”.

 Honestly, a device for me is a personal decision, one that is made to fit my personal working style based on the location I plan to work from – home or office.

I wanted to share my top device choices to help me stay productive and sound great on every call ??. To add, I take the following into account when deciding on the device.

• Comfort – The device needs to be comfortable for me.
• Portability – I am looking for a device which is lightweight, portable and easy to pack.
• Cosmetically appealing – The device should look nice and sleek.
• Battery life – This is important, having a device that supports the long hours
• Usability – Should be simple to use and allow for multiple connectivity options.

When I am on-the-go, running between buildings or catching my next flight:

Whether I am working from my office or home office.
