Every year I do a big bike ride for charity.  This year its Prudential London 100 miles.  I'm riding for Blind Veterans UK because my Dad died a year ago and he was a British Army Officer and he always said the Army was the making of him so I intend to give a little back to those who served and lost their sight doing so.
