My Adaptability Journey in the Bangkit 2024 Program

Adaptability is crucial in dynamic environments like Bangkit 2024. As a member of the machine learning cohort, I encountered various challenges that compelled me to adapt and grow in five key areas: interacting, achieving, learning, working, and thinking. This journey not only shaped my skills but also helped me build meaningful connections and develop a deeper understanding of the complexities within the field of machine learning.

1. Ways of Interacting

Coming from a diverse background, I needed to adjust how I interacted with peers and mentors from different fields. Bangkit helped me develop strong communication skills across various disciplines. By honing my active listening and empathy, I was able to contribute more meaningfully to discussions. I also improved my ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and goal-focused manner, which significantly strengthened my collaboration and teamwork.
