My 97-year-old Mother Made Baby Formula for Me and My Brother and Calls "Bullshit" on the Baby Formula Panic

Mom called me tonight and laughed at the so-called "Baby Formula Panic."

She said, "Oh Hell! I couldn't nurse and made baby formula at home for you and your brother 75 years ago."

I'm going, "Geeze Ma, what's the recipe?"

Well, here it is. "Mix it up. Put it into bottles. Boil the hell out of them for an hour. Let them cool slowly. You and your ravenous brother wolfed it down."

Mom waxed poetic, tonight: "What I'm wondering is why the hell don't the greedy bastards at Abbot Labs hold a press conference and do a PowerPoint how-to demo? Schmucks!"
