My 30-Day Shred Supplement Routine ??

My 30-Day Shred Supplement Routine ??

Yesterday was Day 1 of my mini 30-day shred because, while my fitness levels have shot up here in Saudi Arabia, I’ll be honest – my body’s aesthetics have taken a bit of a hit!

Contrary to popular beliefs, being super fit doesn’t always mean you’ll look great. Training for fitness and training for looks are two different things (but more on that another day).

Today, I thought I’d share my supplement routine for the next 30 days to support this shred. Here’s what I’m adding on top of my usual lineup:

Daily Basics:

  • Multivitamin: Covers the nutritional gaps to keep my overall health in check.
  • Vitamin C (1000mg): An immune system boost to stay healthy.
  • Vitamin D (800 IU): Supports bone health and immune function, especially key when indoors or out of the sun.
  • Omega Fish Oil: Great for joint health, anti-inflammation, and heart health.
  • Creatine (9g): Supports strength and endurance, especially useful in maintaining muscle mass during a shred.

30-Day Shred Additions:

  • BCAAs & EAAs: Branched-chain and essential amino acids help prevent muscle loss and keep recovery strong, especially when you’re in a calorie deficit.
  • Animal Pak Advanced Cuts: A supplement stack that supports fat metabolism. It’s designed to aid in burning fat while keeping energy levels steady – a little boost while on a cut.
  • Animal Pak M-Stack: Great for muscle maintenance and even helping build lean mass. It supports protein synthesis and nutrient absorption, which is key to maintaining muscle while dropping body fat.

I’m all about keeping my nutrition dialed in and supplements on point to support the goals I’m working towards.

But......supplements are just that – they are used to supplement to a solid diet and training plan, they are not magic potions! So if you're a male feel free to copy this supplement routine if you're looking to do a mini shred. Females don't copy this but if you want some help just hit me up :)

Until next time
