The Nelson Street Valley Square apartments was completed in 2019, I listed the 2 bedroom apartment that my client had bought from overseas. Variety of interest in this complex and it showed a great return. I then listed a few more in this complex and it always showed a great return of investment as time on market was quite low.

Apartment Complex Knoxia - Wantirna South VIC

Knoxia is supposed to be the luxury apartment to go to in the growing location of Wantirna South which I personally believe they have done a pretty great job. The apartments finishes was above standard and the views were breathtaking.

Asking price for one of clients apartment was $450 Per Week ($1,955 Per Calendar Month) and was easily achieved in the hot market that Wantirna experiences.

The client had renovated this property and it looks great. Blackburn has various heritage homes and with light renovation they turn out amazing with all the trees that are surrounding in the wide streets of blackburn. Location is perfect and variety of things to do including if you enjoy walks, many parks and lakes available.

Property was tenanted which for this listing it was simply a take over management as the client was not happy with their current property management.

When care factor truly shows that when you care, things can get done easily. This particular client had this property in the market for 2 months with another agent (will remain that agent anonymous) and it was not being leased, landlord was having massive stress and cash loss as the property remains vacant.

I took the listing over and management in a meeting in our Doncaster Office was passed on to me. The very next day I attended to their current agent to collect the take over folder including keys. I attended the property that day and noticed right away why the property has been on the market for so long.

The agent promised the landlord that everything was fine, but little did the landlord know the property was in extreme bad shape, walls damaged, dirty floors, stained carpets, broken fixtures and the list goes on.

We arranged for all of this to be fixed with discussion and permission of the landlord, after a week with the new fresh painting and new marketing, the property was listed and rented in 8 days above previous asking price achieving $430 Per Week ($1,868 Per Calendar Month) which was amazing and I couldn't be happier for my client.

Brunswick is a great location and having an appealing clean property invited a tenant that we know will look after the home with respect.
