My 1st publication:"Inevitable Touch" for "Future Cities: Urbanism in a Digitalizing World" - international symposium launched by Germany

Revealing of the papers and lectures today in Braunschweig.

With my sensitivy as an artist & my rationality as an engineer, I describe my vision about the city of the future. Excerpt:

"Whereas society becomes more and more digitalized, with people spending more time in front of their screens than face-to-face with other human beings, I trust in the “material revival”. Nothing can replace touch. This is maybe more critical for people who live in the city than those who are in the countryside and have more contact with nature. My aim is to create links at every level, from one?s intimacy with her/his own body up to her/his interaction with the wide city. The connexion with the “other” can be facilitated by the new technologies, notably electronic and virtual ones..."
