If you are running a technology based startup, always be a producer of value. It enable you to highlight the current and translatable proof of evidence works versus what you aspire to become. If you don’t do it yourself, no one will do it for you. You should be the man behind Innovation, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue/Growth and promotional campaigns. Fully involve yourself in every strategies and plannings. You are the one to find every little issues and bugs ?? and have team to fix it on time, not really your technology head or director of operations have such intelligence to do so. Do it for the next 1-2 years and you will be the only person working 15-18 hours a day 24/7 in the company. Never try to free yourself until the proper system is there.
Mark Zukerberg, Steve Jobs & Jeff Bezoz all did the same and went through this. You are not alone here. Don’t act like you are very successful, success is not an end, it’s just the beginning of the beginnings. You are still a hustler.
?? Hustle Now & Retire Early
?? Be ready to SELL anything to invest yourself
?? It’s your baby ??
?? Never quit, think about why you started
?? Work 24/7
?? Be humble, Tough & Committed
?? Stop partying & hang around, use every single minute for research and strategies.
?? Surround yourself within the co-workers and mentors ONLY! Never miss out this coz i know it’s tough!
?? Talk about your vision, Prove if you are really into it and dedicate fully for massive disruptions.
?? If you are having financial difficulties, downsize your team, forget about day to day sales/operations BUT focus on building new idea, strategies, features, services or new product line and upgrade your whitepaper or business plan again until you find investors ready to co-invest on your dream.
