From optimizing network performance to enhancing customer interactions, telcos are at the forefront of leveraging AI’s potential.

In the?track?“AI: Can Telcos Afford Not to Be Part of the AI Race?”, industry leaders explored the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and telecommunications. From generative AI to predictive analytics, telcos discovered how AI can revolutionize customer experiences and operational efficiency.

The convergence of financial technology (FinTech) and mobile commerce is reshaping the financial landscape. The participants of the summit explored payment innovations?and the future of mobile transactions.?

4YFN Awards 2024: Quantum Computing Startup Qilimanjaro Taking the Crown

The Four Years From Now (4YFN) Awards, held in conjunction with the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2024, concluded with a resounding celebration of startups on February 28, 2024.

Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech , a quantum computing startup, emerged as the winner. Their journey to victory began with an intense on-stage pitching competition. A panel of ?investors scrutinized their technology and impact.

The winner received €20,000 Cash Prize along with other benefits. Other finalists of the startup pitch event were bitsensing Inc. (South Korea), focusing on sensor technology, MICA AI Medical (Israel), specialising in AI-driven healthcare solutions, Ocean Ecostructures (Spain), champions of sustainable marine infrastructure, and Whispp (the Netherlands) with a product of assistive voice technology.
