We have some exciting stories to share that highlight the talent, resilience, and generosity of the people in our beloved city. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey as we take a dive into the cultural landscape from Memphis to around the world!

The MVP3 Foundation kicked off the Student Film/TV program at Westwood High School this year, providing students with the opportunity to learn the skills and techniques of filmmaking. The students will be participating in upcoming film projects, including the “Walter Bailey” documentary and “A Society on Crisis” documentary film projects. See photos below. ?

Film Feature: The “A Society In Crisis: A Family In Divide” Project and “Wingwalker”

MVP3 will continue to shed some light on our film project, "A Society In Crisis: A Family In Divide". This project aims to shed light on the trauma and challenges that families in our community face. The project takes a dive into the family court system and explores ways to create positive change for children and families; thus breaking the cycles of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). It is crucial that we come together to address these issues and work towards creating a better future for all families in our society.

?Additionally, we kicked off the annual screening of our Latin series this month! Also, the screening of the film, “Wingwalker” was a complete success! This timely award-winning film promises to be both heart-wrenching and heartwarming, offering a poignant reflection of the current state of America. By engaging with these important topics and narratives, we can build empathy, spark dialogue, and inspire positive change in our society!

The Wingwalker' is a powerful and suspenseful exploration of one of today's most pressing issues, featuring Omar Chaparro, and actor/co-writer, Max Arciniega, with actor, Al Coronel and director and co-writer Alonso álvarez Barreda. The film follows Julian, a father and widower whose life is turned upside down when he is deported to Mexico, leaving his terminally ill daughter behind. Julian's fight to return to his daughter is a moving and sometimes terrifying journey that sheds light on the realities faced by migrants at the U.S. border.

Music Spotlight: Wade Quinton

We are excited to announce that our MVP3 Music Group is thrilled to welcome the talented singer-songwriter and performer, Wade Quinton, to their roster! Quinton is set to release his debut single, 'Don't Waste Your Time', under MVP3 Records, with the collaboration of Dolly Parton's musicians and Producer Kent Wells, along with co-producer William Blake. With an impressive resume that includes being the opening act for renowned artists such as Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire, and Tracy Byrd, Quinton's extensive background and captivating stage presence are sure to bring a fresh and exciting sound to the label as a solo artist. His dedication to creating original content and his passion for music make him a vital addition to the MVP3 team. Wade Quinton's journey in the music industry has been marked by his incredible talent and dedication to his craft. Having shared the stage with legends such as John Anderson, Wade Hayes, and Rhett Akins, Quinton has proven himself to be a rising star in the country music scene. His ability to connect with audiences and deliver unforgettable performances has earned him a loyal following and a reputation as a standout performer. The collaboration between Wade Quinton and MVP3 Music Group is a match made in music heaven! MVP3 Music Group's decision to sign Wade Quinton is a testament to their commitment to fostering new talent and supporting artists who are dedicated to their craft. Quinton's passion for music and his drive to

create original content align perfectly with the values of the label, making him a natural fit for the team. With the support of MVP3 Music Group, Quinton will have the resources and guidance he needs to continue growing as an artist and reaching new audiences with his music.

He is committed to supporting the MVP3 Foundation in teaching students through music and raising awareness for communities in need.

Community Spotlight:

Sherre Millon, a student at Westwood High School, received the MVP3 Foundation Student Grant ($2500) in partnership with the Universal Achievers Foundation (UAF). She is the first female to join the Autobody Collision & Repair (Pre-Apprentice student) Program for 12 months.

?She is currently in her first semester and thriving! Proving this program is working!?

- So far, MVP3 Foundation has given over 95k this year to other non profit organizations! Our goal is to give out about 200k before end of year. ?We continue to be so thankful and gradual that we have received a grant from Shelby County Commissioners to help our mission.

?We plan on using this to continue following our mission with protecting and prioritizing the mind, body, and soul of our community and helping other organizations in need.?

Panic and anxiety are prevalent and on-going issues in today’s society. It causes a rise in fear, triggers individuals, and mental health issues. In our 'Finding your Yes with Mind, Body, and Soul' series, Dr. Steven Gubin, Dr. Scott Norris, and Melinda Griggs-Hardin address this with Marie Pizano of MVP3 Foundation. Finding Your Yes with Mind, Body and Soul is one of our campaigns to help educate, inspire, and motivate good health. President Marie Pizano stated, “Over the many years — my message doesn’t change. I consistently share these clips, as my message has remained steadfast throughout my efforts to educate and empower others through my experiences. My goal is to divert individuals from harmful mindsets and actions towards a path of growth and healing. We should strive to be role models and live by being well and doing well — by tearing down others you’re tearing down your own life.”
