An MVP introduction under the Boston sky

An MVP introduction under the Boston sky

The Mamoní Valley Preserve continues to celebrate its 20th Anniversary, and last week we arrived at the city of Boston!

Seventeen guests and friends, from investors to renowned scientists, gathered with MVP representatives on Friday 5th in the evening, at the captivatingly beautiful Quin House, for a complete presentation of the Preserve.

As part of the MVP representatives were various board members, such as Guillermo S?hnlein, who gave the opening speech and talked about MVP’s governance and history; Ben Goulet-Scott, who covered MVP’s biodiversity and went through the research potential of the Preserve; together with David Meerman Scott, who explained to those present what expeditions and outdoor experiences, like the Ocean to Ocean Experience, you can sign-up to in the Valley.

MVP’s CEO, Ailene De Icaza Ordas, was also present at the Boston event, and gave a complete presentation on the Preserve’s day to day tasks, its challenges, and the importance of MVP′s location and the significance of being a migration corridor for millions of species.?

Board members, Roberto Saint-Malo and Sean Po, together with MVP’s Development Director, Daniel Sanhueza, also attended, and all together enjoyed a cocktail and dinner celebration that followed the group presentation.?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, The Quin House does not allow photos inside their establishment, but trust us, it was a memorable event, filled with interesting presentations, productive conversations and a fun gathering of friends.

The MVP Boston Meet was the second event the Mamoní Valley Preserve will be hosting this and next year to commemorate its 2006 initiative. Last March we held a Meet in the city of San Francisco, and other activities are soon to come.
